Problem Description:
I made a deposit of 5000 INR on BC.Game. The order status is still showing “Processing”, but the credited amount is 0 INR.
The amount has been deducted successfully from my side, however it has not been credited to my BC.Game wallet.
This is causing financial loss and inconvenience to me.
What I Want:
I request BC.Game team to either:
1) Credit the full amount of 5000 INR to my account, OR
2) Refund the deducted amount immediately.
Proof:
I have attached screenshots of the transaction details, order status, and payment confirmation.
